- Physical health issues or questions should initially go to the nurse. For mental health or counseling issues, refer them to the Whole School counselor.
- Questions or concerns about after-school activities (ASAs) should be sent to the Athletic Director.
- Child protection and safety issues should be addressed by the Whole School counselor, who is also the Child Protection Officer ( CPO). The CPO will inform the Director.
- Concerns or safety issues related to the bus, canteen, or facilities should be reported to the office manager and copied to the Business Manager, who will notify the Director if necessary.
- If the issues are not resolved, they should then be brought to the Director.
