Referral Process
- Classroom concerns: Contact the teacher. If the issue is not resolved, inform the ES Principal ([email protected]) or the MS/HS Vice Principal ([email protected]). If necessary, it will then be brought to the Director.
- Academic issues or questions: Contact the appropriate IB Coordinator (PYP, MYP, or DP Coordinator). If the issue is not resolved, inform the ES Principal ([email protected]) or the MS/HS Vice Principal ([email protected]). If necessary, it will then be brought to the Director.
- Regarding non-classroom concerns:
- Physical health issues or questions should initially go to the nurse ([email protected]), mental health or counseling issues to the ES or US counselors.
- Questions or concerns about after-school activities (ASAs) should be sent to the Athletic Director ([email protected])
- Child protection and safety issues should be addressed by the Whole School Counselor, who is also the Child Protection Officer. The CPO will inform the Director.
- Concerns or safety issues related to the bus, canteen, or facilities should be reported to the office manager ([email protected]) and copied to the Business Manager ([email protected]), who will notify the Director ([email protected]) if necessary.
If the issues are not resolved, they should then be brought to the Director ([email protected])
